Shulat Albena for contracting is a Saudi foundation established in 2007. The head office is located in Hafr al-Batin city.

Since the very start, the Foundation has inaugurated a wide range of projects in the Kingdom for the public and private sectors. The foundation attained, from the Saudi Contractors Classification Agency, a First-Class classification in the field of buildings, water and drainage, roads and other fields; thus, giving the foundation a position to carry out a wide range of the governmental projects.
