The project was a part of the main master plan: Housing Accommodation of Faculty and Staff Members - Aljouf University, which mainly consists of 123 villas with three types, in addition to 12 buildings.

Our Scope was to execute the skeleton works for 28 villas within the project.

Shulat Albena worked as a sub-contractor with Al- Fouzan Trading and Contracting Co. the main contractor for the whole project, the project was supervised by the consultant Delta for engineering and consulting.

The duration of the project was 7 months and was handed over in 2011.
